Thank you for this video. I’m an overweight middle aged woman who has just started boxing and I can’t believe how much I’m enjoying it and how much it’s helping me both physically and mentally.
Subtitles are blocking ur legs

I’m new to boxing. I’m not sure which stance to use. I write with my left hand but do everything else with my right hand. When I play football(soccer) I can use both feet. I tried the southpaw stance and the orthodox stance. They both feel pretty good or even. I just don’t know which one to pick. I will say doing a hook with my right arm feels easier, but that could be just because I am awkward and don’t know how to throw punches properly yet. If anyone has suggestions I’m open to them thank you
Time to fuck people up!
what is the next suggested video in the list after this great video
I'm grateful he said it will feel awkward, I thought it was cause I'm a bit overweight
Just found this vid, will feel silly at the gym boxing but I’m gonna do it. Ty Jeff!

I really love your channel I live in a small town that doesn't have any boxing gyms no muay Thai no BJJ gyms. I have learned a great deal just by YouTube. I wish I could have a trainer to point out the mistakes I still may be making.
What if you feel more comfortable in southpaw while being right handed?
I'm 50 in decent condition 6 ft 170. but better late than never. im wanting to learn basics for confidence when I'm tested by a street bully. thanks Tony. these videos are very generous of you. thanks bro. 👍👍
Now my friends won’t pick on me for being skinny

My son's father is alan Gibson from New Zealand he will be a powerful fighter I was an athlete too
AWESOME Tony!! Bit of advice if possible .. I’m a 51 year old man, want to get a bit fitter, I’m not looking to spar, fights etc just a bit of fitness and possibly a bit of self defence. Now I do have a severely damaged right wrist (7 bone crunching ops to date, awaiting my 8th), and I’m right handed. I want to get a bag where I can execute most or all punches (I take it you can’t do upper cuts on straight heavy bags, PLUS it can’t be too heavy or dense as the impact could hurt me further. So seeing as my dominant hand is badly damaged should I try the southpaw from the start? That way my left will become my power hand .. Also what type bag would you recommend?? Would really appreciate your advice mate .. and RESPECT to you
Sir you giving professional level of training for I appreciate your work thank you so much for such a good video

So you take a box particularly card board and you put the item inside and tape the cracks.
Hey, should I let my punch fly into the air or pull it back before it flies through? Especially the cross
Why you beat up ndo champ..lol
Thank you so much Tony! I don't really want to get into boxing in a serious way but I really like the sport and atleast I can defend myself if harm comes my way. Like I said, thank you so much!

Nice vid, thanks. You've condensed about 6 months of karate training down to 6 minutes!
What if you are both-handed? What stance would work for me?

The kids at the play ground don't stand a chance now
I’m thinking about joining a box gym. Tired of the typical weight lifting gyms. I’m just looking to stay fit, eat whatever I want, learn a new sport, burn a lot of calories…
Does this sound like the right fit for me?
As wrestler I pick this up quick because its almost similar the stance and movement.
