Tanner great info again but how do I replace the jumps as I live in an upstairs appartment
Tanner, I'm 69 yrs young and I do 3 sets of everything but the jumping and will say this is the best leg workout and cardio for me I've ever done. Great job !
3 times repeated. First round with 25 lbs just like you did. 2nd round with 40 lbs dbs and used dbs for exercise you kneeled to floor and jumped up. 3rd round with 52.5 lb dbs. Used the 52.5 dbs for exercise kneel to floor each knee and jump. Finish with 10 min of sprints.

Goblet Squats 15 reps
Thigh Slap Jumps 15 reps
Knee-Up Jumps 15 reps
Romanian Deadlifts 15 reps
Front Lunges 20 reps

Great workout i done 2 rounds, i am following your back and bicep and chest and tricept and shoulder workout trying to do it as a 4 day split done first week there and feel great, i work 4 on and 4 off so doing 4 days in row or maybe 3 then 1 day during my working week. This should work ok you think ?
