Great video. I’m a bit older now and have been looking for workouts that don’t involve weights and high impact movements…if that makes sense.🤔 I’m gonna give this a try. I’m curious if you or anyone could recommend a decent pair of shoes for this type of work out? I don’t think my current pair will be very flexible. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

slow beginner here..have been getting into animal flow this year following Movement Parallels . This is excellent for beginners… easy to understand & so much FUN that i had a good laugh at myself at the parts where i had a little difficulty (the combo crab/lateral ape switch) lol but all good. hope there will be more beginner follow along videos each month.
