I'm looking for a class just like this one but with music
Began running again in January after a thirty five year hiatus. Three to four time a week at present. Getting body used to a weekly routine. Have not included stretching exercises as yet. Leg stretches needed. Thanks for suggestions.
Probably get some knee pads.

I did this before sleep, finished it and I'm sweating like a fountain. Perfect for beginners.
I really want to start calisthenics, I have a lot to work on flexibility before anything else because I am faaar from being fit. But I am having trouble with my knee pain 🤣 I don't have knee problems, only really bad low back physical injury but the knees hurt so much doing any exercise that involves using them so I am starting with a pillow to soften the weight on them, any tips?
I am just thinking give me a mat please!

Silly question. Does it matter if you wear shoes or are bare foot? I prefer bare foot.
Not sure if anyone will see this but I’m an underweight teen girl who wants to gain weight and I was wondering if this is the right type of workout to do to gain muscle? I’m also trying to eat more, if anyone has any advice please share!! Thank you 🤍
