Hi sir you have two videos 1) beginner gym workout plan and 2) weight loss for endomorph. I started with the first video and my main goal is weight loss. Should I now follow the first or second video. Moreover I use a small gym with not much machines we have benchpress, legpress, lat pull down and hamstring curl machines and we have dumbells only, how can the exercises be done with dumbbell only,
