Love the video Liv! So good. Any tips on why my lower back gets the most insane pump anytime I try to do deadlifts or sometimes even glute bridges? So annoying I just want to target my glutes but my lower back won't take a day off 😅

I love the organization to this video! Had a question about the stiff leg deadlift though. It seemed more like an RDL than a stiff leg, is that different to each person or was that more RDL style? TLDR; how bendy should I be an RDL vs Stiff leg be?
