I'm overweight tried to be healthier and push my body to do some hard exercise… so today is my first day and all i did is 12 min 🥲🥲.. but i will did it tomorrow
Update: I think I will leave this exercise for now and do it later
OK this was the fifth attempt I’ve had at trying to finish this video. If it wasn’t for Daniel egging me on and pushing me to the last I don’t think I would’ve made it. Thank you for everything you do for us Daniel/Alex!
Love your workouts! The only comment I have on this one is I don't like your old videos where Daniel stops and the camera zooms in on him. It messes up my reps and change overs because I can't follow anyone. Sorry but other than that your workouts are the best!!
If this is beginner-intermediate I'd hate to see the advanced one! I made it all the way through but it kicked my butt.

Even tho I've done this workout before; I completed it again today! This was a challenge from the first time I did it because I put on about 40 lbs when I was quarantined!
