Im 24 years old & 5'3, underweight as hell. Last I checked I was 36 kgs. Ive just started working out at home. Your video was helpful! How do I gain weight along with these exercises? I can eat in small portions though

Would you recommend just starting with these workouts for the first few months or longer? Or try other workouts as well? I’m looking to try to lose 50-60 ib to be in a healthy weight.

Great video, Caroline! Have a question. When I lean on my left knee to do some of the floor exercises, it hurts. It's not a sharp pain but makes doing them uncomfortable. Any advice or suggestions? Sue

Hi! I found your channel (and this video) last June and started to workout since then (I'm an endomorph and did some research, turns out I should focus on strength workouts and HIIT).
