Thanks for the video!
Coach, I have issues with prepatellar bursitis for 2 years now and it goes I away when I stop training for a month or so, but when I do jiu jitsu or wrestling, it swells a lot and hurts very badly. I can do striking no problem or run no problem, but as soon as my knee directly touches the ground I am in serious pain. I have been a bjj white belt for two years bc of this, as every two months I am incapable of more training, even though I am a natural guard player and I almost never am on my knees. Do you have any recommendations? I do not want to quit martial arts.
Professor Zahabi question about your new guard retention. When do you use de la riva lockdown vs double hooks? It seems like they’re both to defend exactly the same pass. Is there an indicator for one verses another?
Coach how can i train my legs if i dont have access to any weight?
I just came across your pod cast with Joe Rogan an I understood everything you were saying, i know this isn't the video to be commenting this, but thank you so much for putting alot of things in a new perspective. I was learning and understanding without even trying, a understanding that just flowed through me
Question:
How dose sex affect your exercising, body ,fighting, diet healrh and etc?

Bodyweight squats? WOuld adding a 40lb dumbell in a goblet squat be overkill? Those are pretty easy to do. Seems like it would be good.
Abe I hope you edited!!!!!
What Martial Arts decides whether the fight goes to the ground or standing up?
Wrestling or BJJ?
I know both
But which one is more dominant?
Thanks
And food video
Thanks
"Riding on a bike is boring."
Listen coach, you're the MMA master, but I'm the bike fanatic here. Climbing uphill then going downhill on a mountain bike is as fun as any sparring session. And I've never lost as much weight as when I traveled for two weeks on my bike as a cyclotourer. Plus it changed my life AND made me in good shape enough to then start doing martial arts. Bike is only boring when you're starring at a wall while doing it. 😉

Always great wisdom. Thank you Coach Zahabi!!
