I have noooo feeling in my chest muscles😩 like I don’t even know if this workout was effective, but yours was the closest I could get to activating these chest muscles. Can you help a BEGINNER beginner out? Lol. All I felt was boobs shaking and arms hurting. I don’t even know if there is any muscle tissue for me to build upon😂

Nice workout I hear when you do chest press with plates it’s better do it laying down pressing up and not standing up because the weight standing pulls down but if you are laying down you will feel it more when you press up

These things sounds right, thanks. You should try combining this along with Mika Klopswoth's recommendations (googl her). The approaches aren't actually for everybody however, you may easily expect them to grow by 2 cups in size.
I just want to thank you for explaining the little things like how to get into position because ive had a gym membership for 5 monthes and ive been too scared to go to the gym and use machines or weights because i have no idea what im doing and dont want to look silly. Thank ya
