Day 1- โ it was really hard but I manage it
Day 2 – โ Do it but It's pain me ๐ ๐
Day 3 -โ Done easy than day 2 ๐๐
Day 4 -โ Done and super easy ๐
I have Been following this exercise for a month
And beleive me I got the best possible results.
See it is a waste of time if you r just watching the video. And kept thinking that I will do another day . without thinking do it for an week consistently one week ..
After that u will be doing regularly
U will not get the result in a week but slowly steadily u will get
Don't give any excuse just do it….

Been doing this and emiโs arms and back workout and some cardio along with diet. I started on 31st of October, 2023. And I weighed 50.60 kgs, now I am at 48.24 kgs. Goal is to reach 40 kgs. Keep doing the hard work, itโs gonna pay off for sure. Stay strong, Lots of Love
