this helped me get rid of my neck and shoulder pain in the mornings. thanx
Do these exercises help absorb shocks?
Absolutely fantastic video. Clear, succinct and very effective. Thank you.
Yeah great but I only see one exercice
These exercises cured my severe neck pain. Thanks comrade!
Great exercises! Thanks, buddy.
Awesome. Going to start doing these to cope with my new VR headset. The thing gets heavy after a while 😀
Sorry for the dumb question but are these suitable for females? I don't want a thick neck.
You got any inner ear exercises for the sudden ear rapes like your outro?
Will these work better if I tie some weights to my head?
thank you
How many sets and how many reps to have good results
instead of doing ear to shoulder laying on the back which seems like it's supposed to work the side of the neck, do it laying on the side so as he said using gravity as the resistance. doing ear to shoulder on the back is like doing chest fly's standing up the range of motion is with the crest mostly but the resistance is all in the shoulders.
When you wanna strengthen your neck for headbanging at festivals 👌
definitely will try this
This is awesome! My question is how often should I do them? Should I do them every day for faster results or three times a week with rest days in between? I want to eventually have a neck like Brian Urlacher.
