It doesn’t work
Ima try this for a week and see it anything happens I’ll edit!
Day 1: My legs are burning so bad rn but yesterday was a good day. Let’s hope when I do the second day it’s better 🤞
Day 2: Just finished todays work out and yesterday work out really hello me do todays. My legs burn but not that bad. My core kinda burns too. Now let’s wait for day three!
Day 3: I’m starting to see and feel a difference in my legs but that’s it. I’m gonna start doing my stomach more.
Day 4: I’m starting to see a BIG difference in my legs and stomach so I’m going to do this more! 3 more days to go!
Day 5:It starting to get normal and my legs are burning again. This is almost turning into a routine.
Day 6: Happy birthday to me! So today I didn’t really feel pin so I did the workouts longer but I still felt no pain. I’m starting to see a big difference! One more day!
Day 7: Todays workout wasn’t as bad. Today was the last day and I am definitely relieved about that! My legs aren’t burning at all though.
SUMMARY
Overall, I did loose a lot of shin fat. This doesn’t really work for anything else though. If you want to loose shin fat, go ahead! But if you are looking to loose thigh or belly fat, this isn’t for you. If you are looking to, you should watch a tutorial from a well-known fitness influencer.
Good things come to those who sweat.
