Love this Scott, makes me nostalgic for my time in China. To anyone reading this I can totally attest to what Scott says in the video, training at RDS really does harden you as a person and builds a lot of confidence in yourself. To begin with I would wake up nervous and a even little scared of the morning workout but after some time you become fearless. You stop questioning yourself, even if you know it's not immediately doable you know that you have the potential to rise to any challenge thrown at you. things like reverse bear crawling up 300 concrete steps on my knuckles would have seemed impossible before I got to RDS but it changes you, or rather allows you to actualise your human potential. We all have tremendous capabilities, RDS is the place to learn just what you're made of!
P.s. I've eaten the food and it's delicious (shout out to Michelle!!)
Went there for 2 months…
Woaaa, lost 19 kg in 2 months, got back in shape, even though was eating delicious keto food and … yes, got my ass real beaten by Scott!
A very professional and serious guy, still very friendly!
I very highly recommend it!
Thank you Scott!

Hope you all enjoy this video, it will give you more insight into what I'm doing with my guests and how I live on a daily basis, whether I’m coaching people or not I workout twice a day. If you'd like to come train with me or know of anyone that is looking for a solid training camp then share the video or get in touch.
