day 1: done. so freaking tired dude, i couldn't keep up with her
day 2: done, better but still its tiring
day 3: done, this workout is so freaking hard for me lmao
short but def felt it right after 😵
I have a hip replacement (& other hip issues) I found this quite difficult BUT completely doable & hopefully will be good for strengthening the joint!

This one disappointed me as it was far too quick, I didn't have enough time to complete the stated repetitions before it moved on to the next move and I also felt there wasn't enough repititions to work the muscles properly. Otherwise I'm a huge Lucy fan and enjoy many of the other videos. Hope this is constructive feedback. Thanks!

damn it burns!! amazing workout! although it was going a bit too quickly for me, maybe cuz it's the first time I'm doing it trying to understand how it works and all…or maybe my legs are just too weak yet :)) anyway, thanks a lot for your vids, love them!!

These are great if you have a busy schedule love them and they aren't that hard but you can feel the results while you are doing them absolutely love it

Just did this, the 3 minute abs and the 5 minute booty work out! feeling great!
Would love if you could create an indoor walking/jogging interval routine that can be done in a small place. I am loving the monthly calendars, but sometimes can't get outside in winter because of snow/ice. Or do you have a specific HIIT video that you would recommend doing in place of the outdoor workouts? Thanks so much! I am seeing massive results from following your calendar. February is my 3rd month!

I have a problem with finding very good sport bra. I have bigger breasts and when ever I do any working out they basically not staying in place. and I don't want to spend fortune. would you please suggest ant? thanks

Which workout or workouts are good to lose belly fat? I've been doing cycling for 30 minutes, ab workouts for 15 minutes then any type of workout, but is there any specific type of workouts I should be doing?

i'm just back from nearly a 6month knee injury and looking for a good full body workout but not including anything straining on my knees eg; squats and lungees, any recommendations would be very helpful, thank you!!
