Warriors have no use for "tricks'. We believe in earning it.
Thank you for your shoulder video, I’m recovering from a torn rotator cuff, and looking forward to getting back into working out again at age 58. Also, do those bottles of supplements on the kitchen counter next to your refrigerator, do they help after or before the workout 😁😁, just kidding, Thanks again.

George W Bush is that it again hey Mark you need to put on some weight you come across very skinny I seen guys on YouTube and you guys can check it out that are 60 70 years old and so on that look like they're ready for Mr universe contest you're not one of them and in my opinion you shouldn't be giving advice to anyone on how to build your body now if you were big and rugged I'd say fine but you just look like an old man underwear model under line old man get some meat on you you're not eating enough try taking in 6000 plus calories a day plus a ton of protein I guarantee in a year nobody will recognize you then you'll have something to brag about good luck
Too much talking dude, to the point.
You are way off – aging is associated with a reduction in the basal muscle protein synthesis. This is one of several factors likely responsible for the progressive reduction in muscle mass – nutritional supplementation or high-protein meals added to resistance exercise does not result in an increase in muscle mass, strength, or muscle protein synthesis.
Age-related muscle loss, called sarcopenia, is a natural part of aging. , you begin to lose as much as *3% to 5% per decade*. Do the math, buddy
Subbed Young Man Keep the vids coming God Bless YOU
