GUYS this really works I've been doing it for three weeks now , At the 5-day mark I had already seen major results and people at my school always say "Omg your butt is so huge what workouts do you do?'" because before I was extremely skinny and my butt was really flat thank you so much, Ivana. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What am I doing wrong? Why does this hurt my arms but not my legs, thighs, booty etc?
I have been aming to this, 6 times a week for a month and on the 5th day I saw MAYJER results and it is now the 23rd and I honestly am so much more confident with it now x

If it really works why do you have to lie on your thumbnail? The photo on the right is closer to look bigger and you hide how much you pop your hips backwards with a well placed hand. So tired of this BS, you lost all credibility

Donkey kickbacks (40 each leg)
Straight leg donkey kickbacks (30 each leg)
Hold donkey kickbacks (45 secs each leg)

Day one : my shoulders hurt a bit but I definitely felt the burn in my lower glutes ! Currently sweating like a mf but hopefully it will get easier 😭😭

Day 1 (1/5): definitely felt the burn 😭 about 32 inches rn
Day 2 (1/6): i added fire hydrants just to push me a little further. It hurt A LOT more today but im not really feeling… sore? Just yet. The burn only happens when I do the workout but there’s no soreness yet. Measuring at 32 inches still
Day 3 (1/7): taking a break today cuz I’m really sore from baseball 😭 my ass does feel firmer tho? Still at 32 inches
Day 4 (1/8): Bros I’m still so sore from baseball practice 😭 I just got back from another practice and pushed myself to do this. The burn wasn’t as bad but the soreness is strong- my ass does seem a little lifted up!! However it’s still kinda flat on the sides so I’m going to find something to incorporate into this workout to make it rounder. I’m at 32 1/2!!
Day 5 (1/9): so I measured wrong 😭 I was at 32 😔 anyways, it was easier to do today!! Still kind of sore so- it does seem lifted up a bit which is amazing!! Still at 32 though

I've completed this workout and l am amazed by the results. I followed the exact schedule and in just two weeks my butt grew alot. I will be trying her other workouts and l definitely recommend this workout for everyone. Also remember that consistency is the key ! I just want to say thank you to ivana ❤

Hi I'm new here , and I'm gonna do this for 2 weeks for sure and after I'll tell you the result and also I'll comment how my exercise journey was😊😊
Day one: struggle bus. Need 2 breaks for each exercise.
Day two: better. Needed 1 break per exercise.
Day three: better again. Only needed 1 break for last 3 exercises. Breaks got shorter.
Day four: rest (oops was supposed to be day 3)
Day five: rest day kicked my ass everything is hard again 😆 had to take a break for everything except the hold pose.
Day six: starting to lose motivation but pushing through. Idk if I'm just tired or if these are getting harder. 🥲
Day seven: motivation came back today. Feeling good! Still need breaks for last 3 sets.
Day eight: got it done! Tired this morning needed a little break for all except 1st set and hold set.
Day nine: keep forgetting rest days. Taking one today.
Day ten: when does this start getting easy? 😂
Day eleven: you guys.. I did it. All the exercises for the full 45 sec no break. Finally feel a difference. 🥳
Day twelve: started my time of month today so super low energy, but still did it same as yesterday so I'm happy!
Day thirteen: rest 😴
Day fourteen: feels awesome to be able to complete this without dying!!

day 1: BURNEDDDD, I was not prepared, mentally nor physically. my butt was very tense
