Your supposed to breath thru yo nose not yo mouth
While working out your body requires a lot of oxygen in order to keep functioning, by restraining that said oxygen you practically strangle yourself. Lung capacity is built by holding your breath underwater or on land, while standing still, not exercising, hopefully having someone that can help you if you have troubles getting your head from underneath water.
