I did this workout at 6:45am!
Absolutely amazing and challenging strength workout! Simple moves combined into combo moves that work the shoulders and legs so much!
I went as heavy as I could… used my 15s, 10s, and 8 lb dumbbells, tube, stability ball, and low step stool. I wish I have the kind of tube that you have. I have the other kind with the handles and they won't stretch that long if I step on it so I used dumbbells when you used the tube… but I focused hard to keep a tight core and kept good form to feel the burn!
So many new moves and combos! You are so creative Michele! I can imagine the others in the gym were so amazed watching you do these! And YAY! I'm so glad you are getting your watch back all fixed! And your outfit looks absolutely fabulous!
HIIT warmup… a mini workout! LOVED IT!
Circuits 1, 2. & 3… loved loved loved all the moves!
Always love doing all kinds of pushups! So many fav moves to list!
1. 2x Skier Swing to 2x Overhead Pull w/Jump Lunge
2. Squat w/Overhead Alternating Twist
3. (Lay on Stability Ball) In front of Bands – Raise up over 4hest & circle around to thighs. Come back around and over chest, then down to thighs… shoulders felt it so much! NEW FAV MOVE!
5. (Lay on Stability Ball) Up-right Row to Front Raise… shoulders felt it so much! NEW FAV MOVE!
6. Clean & Press – hold overhead – Alternate Reverse Lunge… shoulders burning!
7. Arnold Press – Open out to side & Shoulder Press… shoulders burning!
8. Side Lunge Right (Left hand tap foot) Turn Left to Reverse Lunge Pull Left Arm to side (Flye) … shoulders felt it so much! NEW FAV MOVE!
9. Bench Jump – Hop Down – Plank Push-up/Hop feet in & repeat … love this combo!
10. Shoulder Press to Overhead Tricep Extension & Chest Press … oh the burn!
Bonus abs… did only 1 round because I was running out of time! But abs, core, obliques felt it!
The 25 min cool down… amazing as always! I had to end after 15 mins! GRRRR! LOL! But still was so so good!
This is absolutely one of the BEST shoulders and legs strength workout!

Good morning Michele. Great workout. Loved all the circuits from warm up to bonus abs.My favourite moves were skier swings,squat jump burpees,clean and press to reverse lunge,pushups to bench jumps and squat thrusts. My shoulders and legs are done. The cool down was amazing as always. Thank you so much Michele for this challenging workout. Happy Sunday!!

Looks brutal! Can't wait to do it. Unfortunately it will be only on Saturday as tomorrow i have to take my son to school earlier as usual. I have checked out the moves, they are all very good! You never disappoint Michele. You always go harder and harder!
