      I remember I used to do barely be able to do this with several breaks a couple months ago. Now I do it as a warm up, and sometimes twice if I’m mainly focusing on it.

      I don't know what is with this workout. The routine itself wasn't extremely difficult; I was able to do 2 rounds no problem but ended up absolutely drenched in sweat and felt like I actually worked out. Maybe it was so heavy on your quads? Either way I'm going to be doing this at least 3-4 times a week. Thank you, Tanner!
