Guys I'm new to this so sorry for my ignorance, but some of these don't look like "pulling". I'm just curious to know what pull exercise means if you don't really need to be pulling anything for it to be considered a pulling exercise. Again, this might be something really simple I don't understand, I'm just curious to know.

Just want to ask if the Australian pull up and chin up is getting easy for me should i progress chin up and pull up standing like regular pull up? Would that work the same muscle?
I think that ther should be some explaination of how to properly do some of these exercises Ithink that some peoplpe may niot understand how to do them.
