Well the ribs part probably has to do with not working the side muscles. But I guess working the abs does help as well
Don’t train those obliques or long term. You are just gonna build out the waist. Once you get the muscle there it’s there forever

Mate, on point about the first 10mins of cardio.. I’ve been doing 20-30mins or skipping everyday (started with boxing and became a habit) and it’s kept me lean over the years. As always, the first 10mins I want to die but with some music and pushing before you know it I’m full steam and when the alarm goes I feel like I could keep going longer. Honestly, it’s all in the mind.
Is it good to do 100 sit ups everyday for a year ?

Hey man👍 I just got into trying to get a nice body and it’s going pretty well I guess. I can feel that I have abs but they are under a thin layer of fat. Also I have been doing weights for 2 weeks and still only barely see results but the main question is do you know any good videos on how to target all parts of the 6 pack in 1 session and also how long should I have my workouts for each day as a 15 year old male

Would it be better to train abs on a cutting phase or bulking phase. Does it matter.
