Wow I learn soo much from you! Love your vids 🥰
Thanks 😊 I appreciate this breakdown. I've seen men doing both at the gym. I always wondered if it matters.
I do cardio first because… yeah 😂 No reason
If we want to lift first, how do we warm up? Just stretching?
Actually great information!!! Thanks
🇭🇹 ❤❤
I do both
I do both. Especially on legs day I must stretch and do 15 minutes cardio. And 15 adter
Plot twist, do cardio before and after weights. Excellent combination!

Cardio first, it gets me pumped up
Haiti 🇭🇹 represent
I walk a mi to get myself warmed up, but do no more than 30 min strength training, if it's lower/full body day I may have energy to walk one mi after, but if it's upper body day, I can jog before and have energy to strength train after.
Yess represent 🇭🇹
Thank you ❤
What about walking?
Can we talk about weight gain. I love your break down on how to get what you need from your workout.
I do cardio first. Cater first to the most important muscle in your body. Strengthen your heart and blood vessels. To look good is useless if you can't walk up a flight of stairs without getting exhausted.
Though I'm a man I learned so much from you Blessings ❤
I saw the best results when i started strength training/lifting. Cardio helps me maintain and its also for the days i do feel like doing much.
I agree with everything said, but I’ll make one point that is a bit of a scientific debate involving the 3 energy systems. Which is your body only uses fat as energy during oxidation which is mostly accomplished through aerobic exercises or cardio. The problem with that is you burn through only a small amount glycogen before your oxidative system kicks in during aerobic exercises. Which means the rest of that stored glycogen is eventually converted to fat lol. Which is why high intensity seems to burn more “fat” than low intensity. Side note: You know that feeling when you first start running and haven’t found your wind yet, then all of a sudden you catch it. That’s your oxidative system kicking in. Your other 2 energy systems don’t produce energy fast enough to support aerobic activity.
