      Casi nunca me muevo de mi cama y esto fue too much para mí, pero después de esto tuve más energía, está semana (que es la primera) hará de 10 a 12 minutos de cardio, la segunda semana 20 minutos y ya la tercera media hora, estoy segura que lograre cambios
