Hello Caroline I’ve been doing this video for a month now and I’ve lost 12 lbs so far. Thank you for the help. 💖💖
I will do this From tomorrow ❤
Hi, I'm a very active person who suffered a severe ankle injury and received a bone allografts through surgery 2 months ago, I gained some weight and it's really difficult to love myself currently
Today was my first workout in months
Thank you
Let the exercises you do But the reason some ppl are doing it in the chair is because they can’t do it standing up at the moment. I say that to say if some ppl who are doing the chair exercises are just starting out you don’t take any breaks between different exercises
I felt very good throughout the workout and after. Thanks.
Hi Caroline just tried your chair workout for the first time this morning and loved it, you’ve sold me! Thanks
can you pls indicate how many reps?
Day 24 of this work out and it feels good. Also first day of non smoking. This day
Was really hard, but I’m pushing through
Thank you for the tip I'm start doing this work they look Alot easy 😊😊
Omg! How out of shape I am! This was awesome, even though I didn’t get thru the whole video. Thank you. Will try again tomorrow and everyday after that!
Love the video. I am recovering from a tourn ligament surgery. What do you mean when you say use your stomach?
I’ve been suffering from a hamstring injury for the past three months, I used to work out for about 2hrs a day and have been for three years straight, pretty much every single day. this injury has absolutely crippled me mentally as exercising is one of the only things that makes me happy—it’s finally come to a point where I’m able to move around a little more and I’m so happy I came across this video. the positivity and good vibes were absolutely what I needed and the workout was perfect for me. I felt that happiness from working out which I haven’t felt in months, so thank you Caroline, so much!!! ❤
Very encouraging and a good work out .Thank you
I’m on day 13 with this video. I do it ever day at 7pm. Thank you for your help.
I am healing from a sesamoidectomy and this workout was awesome, made me feel more like myself again! Thanks!
Hi, I am 65 last week. I am a poliomyelitis since 1 yr old baby. I have been using leg braces and walking aid when walking. I had bad leg cramp since 10 yrs ago and have been using wheelchair since then. I have been putting weight tremendously since then. Now my weight is 80 kg, ht is 140cm. I have fatty liver and had to lose weight and that's the only medicine, doc said.
I have just started to follow your chair aerobics exercise and it's great as I sweat a lot. Especially if I go all out. My leg muscle is not working at all. But I wish to do the tummy crunch, which I think it will help to reduce my waist line. but can't do it.
Caroline, I hope you can give tips on what type of chair aerobics can help me to reduce my tummy size.
☺
I’m a 53 yo paraplegic. I’ve worked all my life until recently my Dr suggested I stop. Ever since then I’ve been in a FUNK. Ive been diagnosed with HBP, high cholesterol and most recently diagnosed with type2 diabetes. My number are going up even though I’m taking a Med (which I want to switch because I’ve only heard bad about it) and stopped drinking soda (that was rough). Hoping these exercises might help me get out of this FUNK.
Miss some music. Otherwise great
Hi Caroline, thank god for you! These videos with chair yoga have been a godsend for me with a torn knee meniscus waiting for surgery. Please can you tell me if,
during the exercises on this video I'm supposed to have my back against the chair or not? My posture is very bad and I want to improve! ❤ from 🇬🇧
Thank you soooo much for this positiv vibes! Greetings from Germany
I came back. Love doing this work out
Great workout! Will do it again.

Hello, I found your channel because I decided to go on a weight lose journey and needed exercises that were not very taxing on my body. I am currently around 480 pounds and I have a lot of pain do to this fact. So I just wanted to say I thank you for making videos like this for people like me that can't afford a personal trainer or to go to the gym.
Haven't smiled or laughed in a while & you helped me do that. Thank you

Hello! I just did my first Chair Cardio work out and I loved it. I am 54 and I am coming back to life. Depression had me sedentary for a few years and I ballooned to 375 lbs. In the last few months I have been watching what I eat and moving again. I am down to 353 lbs and want to kick it up so I figured I would try this work out everyday during my lunch break at work. 1st work out down and I loved it. Thank you very much for the content, driection and positive vibes.
I just had foot surgery last week and even though I couldn’t use my legs cuz I have my foot elevated i could still do my arms and kind of one leg ! It made me feel good ! Thank you ❤
Thank you Caroline! This was my second day and I am loving it and finishing the whole video!
Thank you so very much for this free cardio weight loss chair exercise!! I had bad car accident Dec. 26,2020. I broke my back plus broken ribs. Dur to severe osteoporosis that I did not know the first surgery on my back I ended up having a second surgery so now I have seen it from L3 to my tailbone and but I am doing so good I’m moving around and my doctor says I can do anything. I have also had so many other severe problems with my legs, the muscles just just contracting so badly for you know half an hour at a time I’ve fallen out of bed because of it broke my collarbone which had to be operated on twice. This exercise has helped me so so much. I am so happy thank you thank you thank you.
IM 38 years old over weight a bad ankle that dislicakes and a weak knee and wist
I decided to set myself a 30-day challenge of working out as I have been struggling with low mood, depression, anxiety and cabin fever since I can't go anywhere. Yesterday was my first day and I managed 5 minutes before I had to stop. Today I found your work out and managed to keep going for the whole video. I'm not ashamed to say I cried at the end with how proud I felt. Thank you <3
Hi I’m 16 and 330 lb. In the Past two weeks I when from 343 to 331 just by eating less and walking a bit more. Now I’m 329 and my weight won’t seem to go down so I’m adding in cardio and hoping for the best. I could only do about 10-15 mins of this workout and burned almost 200 cals it was so good. I was crying because I was embarrassed that I’m 16 and this is the best I can do. But I know if I stick to it I could do some of your other workouts! For some reason I don’t sweat a lot even though my heart rate was at 130. Tips for my weightloss journey to 130lbs would be greatly appreciated. So many people tell me I can’t do it and that I need surgery, but I’m going to prove them wrong 200lb later! Thank you so much you motivate me 😊
Edit: I’m now 315lb (I almost gave up in May and gained some weight but then I changed myself and lost it plus more.)
Just found your channel. Wanted to thank you for the videos. I've just had my toes amputated on both feet last month, and needed to find something to get me moving and put off this funk I've been in. 😊
