I’ve been thru different weigh loss journey and here’s what I’ve learned:
– the most important thing for weight loss is getting ur diet under control and to make sure you’re on a caloric deficit. A caloric deficit of 7700 roughly translates to losing 1kg of weight
– exercise is not necessarily needed but you may do exercise to help burn more and stay in a deficit.
– people who start off with exercises either end up losing motivation/time to continue or their eating don’t compliment their workouts and they don’t end up losing weight.
