I was once a big ex-con with a crack in my chest, and big arms. Freedom comes along and has a funny way of impacting you're determination, but I have a excercise: You stand in one place, and bounce up & down, like a baby (if you're boobies are NOT shaking, you're there. If they are, you still have work!), and jump up & down, but not with you're leg's, just with you're calves. You never want to leave the ground. My boobs have went down 10%, and my leg's (at least calves are still there.).
Idk if its normal but after first time doing that workout I dont feel tiredness in my chest, more like in my arms. Is that normal?

My chest is pretty warm but my arms get tired alot, i had to get on knees, my arms burns alot compared to my chest, does that mean my form is wrong?

Like yesterday, I completed all the exercises on my knees.
Up until the diamond pushups, it was a good but doable challenge. But then I felt yesterday's workout in my triceps and I couldn't get up.
Liked the slowed down exercises at the end a lot. Even though the last one really took a lot of convincing.
