Commuting to work 10 km from my home +5 km (Monday-Saturday) and Every Sunday 25 + 8-9 km ride, That's my routine from last month, I hope i will loose my weight, weight is 117kg.

Top fat burning tip: ride your bike.
My opinion as someone looking to lose weight through cycling. I do about 75 miles weekly. Diet is key. If you cycle and still eat junk it's just a total waste of time. Also add other exercises to cycling like jogging for example. Jogging helps with cycling. So cycling won't help with weight loss if diet is not addressed.

Lol, cycling youtube really doesn't know how to do "non-competitive cycling" does it? Talk to my cycling trainer? Uhh yeah sure I'll get right on that. Only a couple of rides per week need to be fasted? So the assumption is that I'm riding…several times per week? The GCN video on "how to lose weight through cycling" is even worse. How many times did they use the phrase "race weight"?
I have a physically hard job (parcel delivery) and don’t eat anything until my evening meal after work. When I go for a ride on a day off I don’t take anything to eat if I’m going out for less than 2 hours and only have water in my bottles. You can just get used to functioning on little food. In fact I’d actully like to lose some weight!

if you have a lot to lose, long and slow, don't deplete your glycogen stores too much. Remember when you are losing weight you are stressing your body.
Carb up, less fat, eat fruits, lot of bananas. And bike. Simple.
The fact that you don't have to consume carbs before 60 minutes, doesn't mean you shouldn't. For best long term results, fuel your training sessions, so you can go as hard as necessary. Weight loss will follow once muscle mass gets built during recovery. Don't diet on the bike!
this is horrible advice.. someone who is overwieght should just go out and ride for fun, the weight loss will come naturally… im trying to imagine some overweight person doing HIITs on their new $12k bike.. hahahahhaa
