      honestly most depends on certain things such as genetics, age, body fat percentage, how much you hydrate your skin, what kind of foods you eat, how long you have been overweight and how much you initially weigh. there are things you can do to reduce the chances of loose skin but some people are destined to have some due to factors they cannot control.

      I lost 113lbs in 4weeks 5 days….ate nothing but greens buffalo chicken wraps and tuna wraps alternated luunch n dinner…breakfast was an egg n hot sauce wrap…drank nothing but water…same meals everyday

      I did lose 30kg into 2 months from july 2015 to end of august. 1 whey in the morning, I was eating 1 chicken breast and broccoli ( most of the time or others vegetables ) everyday and a fruit before the hard workout and that's it. Biking 40km or running 10km/day. Bodywheight/barbell workout every damn day. I did that after being rejected by a girl because I was fat ( 110kg for 1m80 ). Best thing that happened in my life, her rejection was a gift from god.

      let me tell you something. you might be able to do this ONE TIME. if you fluctuate ANYMORE than one time, you will get stretch marks. it doesn’t matter if your losing weight by weight training. your still shedding fat which is what causes stretch marks!

      You don't get stretch marks from weight loss. You get loose skin. Stretch marks are gained from fast weight GAIN.

      Super disciplined but his explanation and reasoning is 100% pure bro science. Loose skin and stretch marks if two people lose at the same rate is only determined by genetics. Skin elasticity is a genetic trait. Also stretch marks aren't even determined by losing weight they only appear when you gain weight which lets you know just how oblivious the interviewer is to actual information on the subject.

      If you look at him when he was big he really wasn’t that fat, he had a lot of muscles under the fat so to me he just looked like a big and intimidating dude. He didn’t even have flabby arms or a big stomach or anything.
