Bro i am a beginner i can barely run 1 km is this sufficient means me oura new hu ..ajj tak excercise nahi kiya…i can only run and walk upto 1 km
it is because the weight u lost was water weight which u can gain easily again
just focus on building muscle and follow a calorie deficit
and do less cardio… or do after workout… for 10 min..
