A few quick answers to questions regarding this "no equipment full body workout" series:
1) Full Playlist Here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIn3nS9mJKxkOySSTG0OQXNA4duNQKYLK
2) Exercises are 45 secs training with 15 secs rest in between. Press play and train in real time. Do as much of the 45 secs as you can.
3) Each lesson gets a little more intense (and longer) than the last so don't be afraid of repeating a lesson if needed
4) You can/should modify exercises based on pre-existing injuries or physician's advice. However… try not to modify exercises because "you can't do it". Instead do as much of the exercise as you can & you'll eventually get there. If you modify due to performance, you'll always be a step behind.
5) YES… you can take rest days between workouts. Try to train along 4/5 times a week for effective results. If you're training 5 days a week it will take you 84 days (12 weeks) to get through the whole series. 12 weeks from now you should be fit & in awesome shape if you follow the series vigilantly, especially if you couple your workout with the nutrition rules from this video: https://youtu.be/KzwcQR-uJ34
