I’m 6 weeks post partum and have just done this workout – it felt great just the right amount of intensity but I experienced a fair bit of stabbing pains and cramping in my uterus during the lunges and squats.. I had a vaginal birth but my recorders has been smooth with no issues. Is this normal??
