I started having accute lower back pain once or twice every year basically when i bend to pick up something or want to carry heavy stuff…one time i had to go to the ER and take insane amount of steroids to be able to just walk again…i had it this time again and i was reluctant about taking steroids again…so i tried your exercises and im surprised of how i had instant relieved ..its even faster than meds hahaha! I ll see how long will it last and try them again..thanks a million this video is a lifesaver
