Since I started to do this workout my hand stand got much better it's help me a lot with all the exercises
Should I not have a rest day in between?
So the core is the most important thing for calisthenics?

I've tried getting into calisthenics and have done as informed in this video, with the hollow body hold my body shakes and I can't keep my legs straight, does it get easier over time or should I focus or flexibility based exercises beforehand.

WoW! It's hard for me too find "ANYKIND" of workout routine that I can actually do!?! Just cause of a back injury that happened at work in 2006 (lower back injury that is, w/ my second surgery being a fusion of my L5-S1) And it is EXTREMELY hard for me to build-up some REAL muscles. 💪Lol…. I actually think I can do ALL of those, of course starting of slower then I've ever had to before I hurt myself. So I will be trying my best too watch a few of ur video's & to try as much as I possibly can. Just to see if any of ur workout routines will work for me. So thanks for the tips brother!! Also I haven't had a "REAL" workout since I've hurt myself (9 ta 10 months before ¡ injured myself). I was the last time I had a real workout routine that I stuck too like another one of my job's (treating it like my second job, and my other part time job's as 3rd, 4th, and on and off 5th job)!

I just want to say thanks for this because I have sciatica and a weak core. Let me tell you, you don't want it to get that bad, so I will be doing this every day.
Believe it or not, but even these simple exercises are a bit too challenging for some of us. I'm ashamed to have to ask, but I am extremely motivated to do calisthenics.
Do you have any tips for me to do even simpler exercises so that I can work my way up to these exercises? I've tried a few times, but my lower back in particular is in a lot of pain. I would appreciate any tips you have!
