I've never had abs before, I'd say I'm roughly 20% body fat. When I reach roughly in the 3 min mark I feel like my legs or body in general can't function well enough to do the exercise well enough in terms of form. Do you just keep going till the end or is this something you have to build up over time?

Been smashing this workout 6 days a week one round for about 12 days so far made it through two rounds today barely, still have to bend knees on Russian twists and leg raises
Two weeks in doing it every day, find it most effective after any workout that you stretch your core on. Those chair sit-ups are BRUTAL once you try to start getting height, final move if your arms are dead just do it from sphinx or fists that’ll help your balance if on your hands is too hard, get ripped!

Tbh I’ve struggled 5 yrs to license my patented removable foam roller interchangeable side wheels. They offer new side wheel grips for pushups, new balance boarding even allowing you to loop resistance bands underneath roller, improved angles for acupressure and best of all … keeps your shirt or hair from getting caught under roller plus keeps it clean on any surface.
Maybe we can collab on your channel and we can reach out to investors to launch it. It’s truly an injustice to the world of calisthenics and PT. I literally have to sell kits on eBay using lawn mower wheels and parts from the hardware store when this could be mass marketed on Amazon with an affordable kit that threads together with no wrenches or tools.
As you can see I’ve gotten NFL players and even Olympic skater Andy Anderson but it’s not putting me in front of an investor or getting the actual deal.

At the end of the day I believe in the science no matter how much I struggle or get rejected I know the truth and in a side by side comparison I can prove it has benefits and advantages over a standard foam roller or balance board kit 🏄🏼♂️ 🤙🏽 On top of that no one has ever combined a foam roller / balance board in 1 product so right there it offers new levels but without the wheels the foam roller won’t roll properly as the wheels lift it so it keeps it firmer and only compresses on 1 side rather than both if it was on the floor. So much epic physics going on.

I'm great at the first 15 seconds of rest. Everything else .. hmmmmmm… 😂😂😂

How many times do you recommend doing this exercise per day? I have been doing it once or twice every day for a week now and I feel like I am able to do them better since I started. But this only takes 8 minutes. So 8 minutes per day? Or should I start doing them 2 or 3 times a day for better results? I am a beginner.
