      Just wanna ask, I don't have time to go to the gym because of my work, I've started doing push ups, 10 reps with 3 sets daily, coz its my limit for now as a starter, so just want to know how much reps and sets should I do with sit ups? coz I want to add it to my daily routine, hope you'll notice, thank you!

      If folk "only" exercised until they could move their own body weight……..it would be a long time before they needed to use additional weights to push themselves further.
