      Started keto May 2022 due to being diagnosed with high blood pressure. Have been insulin resistant and probably type 2 for decades without being diagnosed. No diet has ever worked. Now finding slow weight loss which is great and I do understand that I need to be healthy before the weight loss will come easily. Am doing 18 – 20 hour fasts and my diet is as carb empty as possible. Find exercise so much easier and enjoyable in the afternoons but am inclined to feel unwell in the mornings with a higher heart rate. Have shifted the fasting hours to see if it makes a difference but apparently not. Am sure I heard mention of this in one of your videos but haven't been able to refind this. Can you give some insight perhaps? Thank you for all the information you share so generously

      That seems to make sense! Although I always thought it's good to have 5-6 tiny meals a day to keep your metabolism going… there are so many opinions.

      I'm 70, female and overweight. I really need to take 40 lbs off. I don't eat much anymore, I might eat breakfast, and I'm learning to cut out the bread and eat eggs, maybe a couple slices of bacon. I have belly fat. What do you think about protein powder mixed with fruit, almond milk? I started drinking it everyday, and I eat less and less. Is it healthy? I have been through cancer and the last time was 2017.I have been through a heart attack in 2019.

      Dr. Berg. Your explanation is so simple it is brilliant. I have done what you say here for 4 weeks now and I have lost 15 lbs. My arthritic pain has lessened, and most of all, this is so easy. I no longer have nervous eating and I have just started. You are correct, it is not a diet, it is just a matter of changing how much and how often you eat. The good foods keep me satisfied rather than making me hungry. Also, I have never been a big sugar or carb person. This is so easy to do, people just need to atch your videos.

      I hsve done keto for a number of years now & my unstable insulin is really stable now. However, i found that I gained 3-4 kilos. Is that normal
      So i was 50kg to 54 kg at 165 cm in Height.

      Dr. Berg could you reach out and help Wendy Williams. She has been going through a lot personally and health wise. She suffers from Thyroid, Lympodemia, etc. etc. Aledgely, she also has a drug and alcoholic problem. She lost her Talk show, (The Wendy Williams Show) her marriage, her mother, and she is spiraling out of control. My prayers go up for this woman.
