(READ THIS AND SEE IF IT HELPS)

For now, here are some tips that might work:

      1. Try doing this 3 times a day – That's one time in the morning, one time in the afternoon, and one time in the night.

      2. Once you do all of that, you've already done 51 minutes of exercise! (51:51 is the exact time) – this will help you get that almost-1 hour workout if you don't do that much, hehe.

      3. Burn more calories than you eat. This helps you lose weight too.

      4. For some healthy snacks you could have nuts, fruits, or literally just ice (in my opinion I like ice you don't have to do this)

      5. REMEMBER: You might not lose 15 pounds in the whole week. I will most likely not but you know what? It's okay!

      6. This might not be the healthiest way to lose 15 pounds because it's so quick so you might gain it back. (Maybe not, I'll tell you guys just so you know) (:

      7. It's best to exercise before bed to burn off the calories before you sleep (and after you eat)

I'm only 11 so I might not know everything about this.. I hope it works for you guys!

YOU GOT THIS I BELIEVE IN YOU!

The exercises you have to do in the video (originally from Elix)

      10 slow burpees
      12 high knee jacks
      12 side deep squats
      20 plank slaps
      12 forward jumps
      10 lateral step reach
      12 squat and kick
      30 flutter kicks
      12 supermans
      20 side bends
      30 split jumps
      10 T planks
      20 reach throughs
      10 lunges
      20 heel touches
      10 leg drops
