I thought this was a great workout however, with osteoporosis, the twisting is probably not good. Am I correct? I modified the sit ups with the twist by doing a V sit.

Loved this ab workout. I really felt like they got a well rounded workout. Really enjoyed the weighted dead bugs, that was a nice twist adding the dumbbells ❤🎉
School started and I’ve been out of my routine. No tired like teacher tired. Today though I didn’t miss Monday. Love the crunch with the weights. Tough but felt good.
I loved this work out. I think next time I will use 8 lbs in lieu of 5 lbs. thanks for always encouraging all of us!! Is there a easy way to draw belly button to back? I have a hard time with this for some reason

Just joined the community tier last week after being a support tier for a couple years. I am 65 years old and have always tried to keep up with fitness with different trainers. Pj you are the best in my eyes. I love the challenges you give us and how you encourage us each step. Thank you so much!

Thanks Pj. I burnt 80kal within the past 28 min. I used 6kg and 2kg. Can challenge myself next time by 7 and 3. I definitely felt my abs. I failed to raise my arms up for the lunge though
Kids start school today. I restart my morning workout routine after three weeks of rest to rehab a couple of issues. Feels good to be back at it! Because of timing I could only do one of each circuit (plus the 15-minute cardio video). Thanks for always being there, PJ!
