It would have been really helpful if you had explained up front that you'd do a 30 second demo and then we're supposed to do it and then after the whole routine we do every one AGAIN but with no demos/breaks this time. I was really confused when you went right back to arm circles with no explanation! 😛
With blood pressure creeping up I was looking for an easy cardio routine! Boy was I wrong on the easy part. I've been slacking! I am breaking a sweat here. On my way to normal blood pressure. Thank you!!😏

When you are explaining the exercise for 30 seconds, am I supposed to rest and watch or do, as the next section says your turn.
I do HIIT workouts also, and I love your workouts when I am not at the gym or I can't make it that day. Yours are very similar, little lower impact, which is wonderful, sometimes. Thank you!!

Isn’t jogging in place jumping? I would expect a video that says no running or jumping to not have jogging in place. Only because I specifically checked it out for something to do post knee surgery
