Please don't listen to them, doing these exercises won't "burn fat". The only way to effectively burn fat is to be in a caloric deficit, meaning that you eat enough food to sustain yourself while also having burned more calories in a day than calories you consume. I hate having to stress this, being able to have the body type you so desperately desire will take a while, if everything was so easy, there would be no point in being proud of having that body type.. as everyone would have it. Please just diet and exercise a minimum of 5 days per week.
