The last exercise where you said you forgot the name, hip thrust. You can use a barbell resting across ur hips and also try them with the smith machine. Try them laying flat on ur back too

Can you explain what you are doing with those half circles? Is it like a hip thrust but focusing on one glute at a time? Like squeezing one glute and then the other?

Hey hun great video but be reeeaaallly careful on those lunges… you leaning forward 1) hits more quads than glutes but also can add a lot of unnecessary stress to your knees. Instead of 1 legged adductors, try doing them on the cable which will give you a better range of motion but also really target that bootaayy.

Can you explain more in depth how to properly do each exercise? I find when doing your exercises I feel it in my thighs more then my glutes.
