Can i asking for some advice? I just start to do some workout at home (6 week) , but i only have 4kg-12kg dumbbell. What exercise i should do? Right now, i just doing biceps curl and lateral rise. Im not go to the gym is because the closest gym from where i live is 13km (and i think that gym already closed down)
Why not start with the wide grip pull ups, then wide grip pull downs then the single arm cable rows?

I've been working at a gym for 2 months now and I'm totally using that free membership. I've been trying to settle on solid routines in my workouts. I'm still very new. I'm going to try this out on my Monday. Back is my favorite to train.
Isn't the Wide grip more back focused?
Doesnt doing 6-8 reps build strength? Shouldnt you be doing 8-12 for hypertrophy?
