      Start:
      left thigh – 63cm
      right thigh – 64cm

      Week 1
      Day 1 ✅ did it one time, was kinda hard
      Day 2✅still kinda challenging but I did some other workouts too
      Day 3✅ my legs are still super sore from yesterday. Also I did this plus an arm workout
      Day 4✅ felt way easier then before
      Day 5✅was actually SO easier then the first day
      Day 6✅ I feel like I’m starting to see progress!
      Day 7✅ Done!

      Week 2
      (I’m going to be doing this 2x a day instead of one from now on)
      Day 1 ✅ felt kinda harder for no reason. Also I did 2 more workouts (leg and arm)

      I have really big thigs so im doing this workout twice before slepping. Here is my proccess
      1: ☑️ i think i did it wrong beacuse it didn't hurt that much , but i hope i do it better tomorrow
      2:➖ ok so i had to do it once bc it was too late and i fell asleep 💀
      3:✖️ i was sick
      4:☑️I'm very disorganized… today I had to repeat all the exercises 4 times for the times I didn't do it
      5: ☑️ how is people seeing results in only 5 days? I'm still so fcking obese
      6:☑️ still nothing
      7:☑️ still nothing
      I'm going to do another week and if it doesnt work i will cry so hard ngl

      Trying this for a week to let you guys know my realistic results.

      Day 1: Done! It was painful, including the last one, but the stretch refreshed me. I cheated and took a 30 minute break after stretch 3 or 4. (Ik its tuesday, but i did this on Monday and forgot to write this down.)

      Day 2:Just did it after school, still hurts like an orange, but the stretch was MAGNIFICENT. I dont see change but its only day 2 so.. i dont expect it

      Day 3: I did it at 9:00 PM. The excercises were easier to do, and I see a tiny gap between my thighs! Not a big one, but I'm mkaing progress!!❤
