Hi guys, do u know if its necessary to do the stretches after the exercises to have results?

Day 1 ✅ did it one time, was kinda hard
Day 2✅still kinda challenging but I did some other workouts too
Day 3✅ my legs are still super sore from yesterday. Also I did this plus an arm workout
Day 4✅ felt way easier then before
Day 5✅was actually SO easier then the first day
Day 6✅ I feel like I’m starting to see progress!

I have thigh gaps rn and they make me so self conscious 😳, I didn’t know people actually worked towards it. Feels weird because I’m working against it lmao
Trying this for a week to let you guys know my realistic results.
Day 1: Done! It was painful, including the last one, but the stretch refreshed me. I cheated and took a 30 minute break after stretch 3 or 4. (Ik its tuesday, but i did this on Monday and forgot to write this down.)
Day 2:Just did it after school, still hurts like an orange, but the stretch was MAGNIFICENT. I dont see change but its only day 2 so.. i dont expect it
Day 3: I did it at 9:00 PM. The excercises were easier to do, and I see a tiny gap between my thighs! Not a big one, but I'm mkaing progress!!❤
