Seafood,tomato based and coconut based food, rice and eggs needs to be eaten for the next 24-48hrs. Followed by veggies. Well cooked pork, beef and chicken can last for 5 days.
Best way is to prep the ulam and just cook the eggs and rice on the day needed. I guess you could make tomato based or coconut based food last longer by using fake ones(ready mix) and use canned/frozen veggies instead of fresh ones. Wont help with the calories but atleast you wont have food poisoning lol

90 minutes of cooking but the preparation is longer. But still, cooked for the whole week in 90 minutes, that's awesome!
