Not meant to offend anyone but working out will not help combat ability whatsoever if you wanna defend yourself picking up a combat sport such as muay/thai or kickboxing would be the best option

If i workout everyday… (I started doing this 1,5 week ago) but when can i snack on like a mars bar? Daily? Weekly? How about crisps, can i eat a bag in a few days?

I don't like gym and I neglected working out since I was born. In the recent past something (I'm quite sure is our Almighty Lord, if you are a Christian you'll understand) triggered a reaction and I started working out. I still find gyms disgusting, so I do cardio, lift weights and do push ups at home. I started losing weight, I quit smoking weed, I started my path. Our enemies are many, but we'll prevail. I've always been a conservative yet I only recently found out that body fat is leftist shit. Waking up late is leftist shit. Not being competitive is leftist shit. Men, gird up your freaking loins and become the best version of yourself. Build a good physique, build a HUGE knowledge, build your manners and become a high tier gentleman, both in your mind and in your body. Western culture need us to be strong, smart and sharp to be defended against leftists who are doing their best to destroy us from the inside.

It's a real challenge to work out if you have a knee and back injury. Not impossible but much harder.😔😒

Very true! From a certain point, when you have a few years of solid training behind you, and the habit its not hard to maintain anymore, its only a net positive. You have to get to that point though. Then you ll never think about quitting ever again.

The body fat thing is not an iron clad rule. Scandinavians and Russians have naturally more body fat than Africans. To keep cool in the hot African sun youre body fat needs to be low and you must consume a lot of water and lot of carbs to balance it out. In the cold unforgiving climate if the north and Russia you need more bodyfat, drink hot beverages and eat more protein. I have swedish, celt and Russian in my blood. When i went to pt school i was 223 with 23 percent bodyfat. 6 months later i had the best cardio in the class with the half the class being army reserves and i weighed 195 with 12.3 percent body fat. When my body fat is under 14 percent im always hungrr its like i cannot satisfy the hunger.
Once again thiis is a decent rule but its not for everyone
What if I had to chase down a kidnapper, or run for my damn life… but I just hit a killer leg day the day before…and the doms are making me walk like a stroke victim…then what?!
I'd also add that it's about having the work capacity to grind out various activity over entire days. Not just an hour at the gym.
Today, I jumped rope for 30 min in the early AM from 6-630. Then, after morning PT clients, I did 2.5hrs of dog walking for my side hustle. This included long steep hills. After relaxing for a few hrs, I did heavy DB goblet squats for 5 sets of 10.
If you can spread out various modalities over entire days like jumping rope, hiking hills with dogs, lifting weights, calisthenics at the park, etc, it makes you mentally tough and well rounded.
How does one who’s so healthy and exercise every day still loses his hair . Gotta be genetics , because I’d be mad at all that great work and still no hair

Exactly my thought. When it comes to survival it doesn’t matter if it’s chest day or leg day. It only matter if you can come out alive. I like doing full body workouts everyday and alternating the movement/muscle I am focusing on to avoid over training

Your one hour gym workout isn’t doing crap. There’s people out there with physically demanding jobs who then workout. So no such thing as over training. Go work a 12 hour construction shift on south Florida then go do a leg day, if not no excuses
