I have a event on 13th november and I need to wear a saree will do this everyday till 13th and will update
Day 1:
I will tell you my results over 7 days
(I had [very few] abs before the exercise)
1st day✅It was difficult but I haven't achieved any results so far.
2nd day✅ It was easier for me compared to last time after the exercises I feel

Day one: This was VERYYY hard to me but i feel super good about myself!
(Btw I was 93 pounds and after this workout i was 92.8)
Day two: still very hard, didnt NOT get any easier.. and i felt no pain from yesterday.
I'm 91.8 pounds now.
Day three: NOT COMPLETED I felt SOO gulity, Im too busy for today. so I will do this 3x tomorrow.

One day done. It was super hard my body feels heavy n gross rn.
did this for like a week during summer break, saw some changes, but gave up bcs i got too busy for school. now i plan to fix my time management and i'm including exercising in my schedule. will be doing this for a month straight, will update weekly.
WEEK 1: not yet done, 4 days in
– day 3, my stomach's getting smaller than it used to be (?)
do like this comment so i wouldn't forget to update please <3 also, i'm not doing any kind of diet, i just eat banana or any fruit tbh for breakfast, then eat like i normally do for lunch and dinner, i've just been adding some vegetables whenever i can. that's all, good luck everyone ❤

I’ve been doing it 5 days :
1st Day : really easy
2nd day : more difficult and my entire body was hurting me
3rd day : I chopped some exercices cause I was feeling bad
4th day : really easy but my back was hurting me and I saw results !
5th day : I like the way the results are looking really good !!!

Does anyone know if the thighs will also be slim after these exercises? Does the whole body lose weight after these exercises???
Day 1 ✅ – I had ALOT of breaks, but I tried my hardest and I could already feel my body hurting
Day 2 ✅ – I woke up this morning and EVERYTHING WAS HURTING😭 my back, stomach, arms and legs but I managed to motivate myself to do it and I had a few breaks but definitely easier than day 1 🙂 I honestly feel good after that workout <33
Day 3 ✅ – I ended up doing the workout later in the evening because I was super busy during the day but I woke up and my body wasn't hurting as much as day 1 lol. And I only took a break on one excersice yay!!!! I'm starting to see slight results…VERY SLIGHT
Day 4 ✅ – I woke up in no pain today y'all💪🏼. I did the workout and I can tell that it's getting alot easier compared to day 1. I feel more motivated to get up and move around! THE ABS ARE STARTING TO COME THROUGH GUYS😭❤️
Day 5 ✅ – I did it with no pain at all, no breaks so I can tell it's getting easier and I did it twice😭. I can tell that my stomach is getting flatter and smaller aswell!!

Doing this for 7 days along with another one to see if there is a difference. Starting is weight 49kg
and waist is 25in/63cm
