I love this sequence – is it ok to do it more than once daily Sally ? Eg run through the sequence for 2 or 3 sets ?

I started doing these exercises from almost 11 days, but a weird thing happened that my belly became so much bigger that it’s the first time in my life I see it that big (after giving birth to 3 children, C-section), and my waist became so much larger too, I used to have a tiny waist despite my mommy tummy, I’ve never seen my waist like this… did this happen to anyone too?
My DR was about 1 finger and a half, not much.
I like to know what am I doing wrong or maybe this exercise is not for me??

Are these exercises also useful for strengthening the pelvic floor? Looking for exercises that will help with both…. haven't been able to use my rebounder since giving birth because of my weak pelvic floor

This video is just what I needed! I’ve been doing DR exercises for about 2 months, my ab separation is slowly closing but the workouts I was doing were too easy. This video has all the exercises I needed to feel challenged and hopefully help me heal completely. Btw I’m 16 years postpartum. So it’s really never too late to start!
Hi Sally, I’m wondering if the DR comes back if you stop doing the exercises on a regular basis?
You are overextending during the glute bridges. Plus, for most of the people, the range of motion on this exercise is much much lower. And you don't need to go that high to activate glutes.
can you do these exercises every day?
Okay, day 1 of this excerise. I have Fibromyalgia and this didn't put me in a flare or anything. I'm going to try to commit to this video every day for the next month and see if it helps. My son is 4. No one told me how to recover properly from my csection. Hopefully this will help, my new surgeon suggested finding something like this on YouTube. So I'm giving this one a shot because of the reviews. I'll will try to post once a week of progress.

I'm 6 weeks post. Have a 2 finger gap in the upper abdominal area where my ribs are so I'm starting these exercises. Gonna do them for 3 weeks then I'll start regular abb workouts.
Beside these type of exercises, what other thing we can do if we have diastasis (in order to lose weight) ? Running on treadmill or cycling is safe ? Thank you.

If I do this long enough to see a difference, will I eventually be able to go back to regular abdominal workouts?
Still come back to this one frequently, today I did all advanced except for the dips. I no longer have DR, but I am scared to do normal ab workouts yet.

What I did to slowly transition to advance side plank, I move both feet together in last 10 seconds just to make it more intense at the end hahaha I must say, that’s a proof I’m getting there 😂 Thank you for this!
I am so grateful for this workout!!l my youngest is 8yo but I still struggled with core strength. Doing this several times a week for a few weeks has made me so much stronger.
