Day 4 . This was fun. The fact that my endurance keeps getting better every day surprises me. This is still a pain but so much fun. I'm determined. 10 more days to go

Day 3 OMG I didn't feel any Soreness during the day but immediately I started to work out , I could feel my muscles burn. But today I did the whole workout and endured and enjoyed it. My muscles burn but lord I loved it. Till tomorrow
